Artisanal Craft & Specifications

• The Whistling Frog Method: Each tile begins as a hand-sculpted original, which is then molded and pressed into premium, Michigan-sourced porcelain. We fire our work to 2230°F, creating a fully vitrified, non-porous heirloom that stands the test of time.

• Proprietary Small-Batch Glazing: Our glazes are mixed in house using Rick’s time-tested recipes. This small-scale approach allows for beautiful, organic variations in color and depth, making every tile a one-of-a-kind work of art.

• Versatile Utility:

  • Dimensions: 3.75" x 3.75" (Nominal 4x4") with a high-relief depth of .5" or less.

  • Display: Features a built-in notch for immediate wall hanging. For tabletop display, pair this with our 4x4" tile stand (sold separately).

  • Installation: Suitable for backsplashes, showers, and exterior vertical surfaces.

  • Note: For outdoor use in freezing climates, ensure the tile is installed vertically.
